- Quitar las semillas a los tomates y picar en trozos gruesos.


- Apilar las hojas de albahaca y rebanarlas en tiras finas. Mezclar en un tazón el jitomate, albahaca, aceite con ajo y peperoncini al gusto. Dejar reposar cuando menos 30 minutos.






- Secar bien los filetes de salmón y espolvorear con sal, pimienta y hierbas a la italiana al gusto. Calentar un sartén o plancha, untar con aceite de oliva y asar al término deseado. Servir el salmón con arroz y la bruschetta por encima. Rociar con un chorrito de reducción de balsámico.
